End User License Agreement

1. Strictly local tool
The Software operates strictly as a local tool. All document processing, embedding, inference and storage occur on the licensee's hardware. The Licensor receives no document content, no prompts, no outputs, no telemetry of any kind.
2. User responsibility
Data processing, model accuracy and storage security are 100% the user's responsibility. AI outputs are assistive and must be reviewed by qualified professionals before reliance. The Licensor has no technical visibility into your environment and accepts no liability for data loss, leakage or damage occurring on your hardware.
3. Limited online contact
The only data ever transmitted to the Licensor is: account/billing information, license activation data (key + machine identifier), and update checks. You may disable all of it after activation; the Software continues to function offline per your license lease.
4. License grants
Subscription ($69/mo): one machine, active while subscribed. Lifetime ($3,999): one machine, perpetual, includes all updates of the 1.x line. Trial: 14 days, full features.
5. No warranty
Provided "as is". Compliance packs are checklists, not legal advice; regulatory determinations remain the responsibility of the user and their counsel.
